Protocol Field Test Engineer Job Description
Responsibilities:• Conducting mobile software tests according to testing procedures
• Conducting field tests, GCF/IOT, Operator join Tests
• Reporting and registering tests results
• Gathering and registering feedback information
• Improving test procedure & process
• Business trips for 4 weeks every other month to overseas European countries.
Requirements:• Engineering background in electronics and telecommunication field [also last year students]
• Good knowledge of GSM, EDGE & UMTS network technologies
• Good English communicator both written and spoken
• Good PC skills (the confident use of applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point) Willingness to frequent business travel (two weeks a month)
• Driving license category B [Prefer holding a full, clean record]
Additional advantages:• Analytical capabilities – to deal with decision tables
• UMTS equipment and IOT experiences are preferred
• Ability to work under time pressure and independently
• Good shearing of knowledge
• “Can-do” attitude
• Highly motivated team player
• Good knowledge of the different test techniques and tools will be an advantage
